Riffraff Diesel High Flow Banjo Bolt Set for Ford 7.3L 94-03

Why bother trying to drill out your stock pot-metal bolts in the cylinder head and break them off while reinstalling? Not to mention a larger hole does not necessarily equal more flow, and can create an incredible amount of turbulence that actually reduces flow to less than stock.

We have engineered a high flow fuel bolt using StressProof® Steel that offers the highest flow possible. By combining a patented, high-end steel with precision flow/port testing we have been able to reduce turbulence, raise flow, and increase bolt strength all at an economically minded price point. Unlike other copies we make our banjo bolts 100% in the USA for quality you can trust.

- Made from Patented StressProof® Steel
- 6x More flow than stock bolts
- Precision machined low restriction ports
- USA Made Viton Oring Leak-Free Seal Included
- 100% Made in the USA

Quantity of 1= 2 banjo bolts

    Logical Upgrade

Posted by JG on Feb 23rd 2017

Huge size difference compared to stock fittings. Didnt realize I needed 2 sets since I already have the FRx so I will be purchasing the second set soon for the LR/RF. I wont be able comment on the difference they made in performance because I am doing a lot of repairs and mods at the same time but I have no doubts they will do their job after reading the other reviews. Rear passenger was changed from top side with the 4" down pipe on and intercooler pipe removed, just feel for it with a 1/4" ratchet to remove, scraper and rag to clean, and a 10mm ratchet wrench to install...Thumbs UP to Riffraff!

    Quality

Well made product from Riffraff! Quieted down the engine and improved fuel flow! Just the side by sir comparison of the stock to this one is significant. I did buy 2 sets to put on the opposite sides (passenger side front and drivers side back) to help the fuel flow more. Haven't installed them yet, waiting for some down time to do it.

    Easy install.

Wow. Under close inspection the machine work on these bolts are impressive. Very high quality. Smoothed out the idle and reduced the 7.3 "cackle". With this part a edge tuner and new boots my fuel economy went from 15.5 to 21.5. The truck runs smooth and quiet on the highway. What a difference.

    You wont be sorry

Holes on these are substantially bigger than stock. Got them to try and make the truck run better and not let the injectors "starve". They did just that. Great quality.

    Great fitting

Well build part. Much higher flow than stock. If you are running a bigger down pipe don't mess with the fitting on back of passenger head from the top of the engine. You can easily get it out from under the truck with a 1/4 drive ratchet!

    I hear banjo music.

Install was fairly easy. make sure you get the old o-ring off the engine block before you install the new banjo bolts as they have new ones on them. don't want to double up on the o-rings or your'e gonna have diesel all over the place. Very good product.

    Well made!

Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Took about 45 min to install. The longest part of it was trying to put the back one in with a 5" exhaust installed. It was a tight fit, so I recommend to do this prior to the install of an exhaust system.
