Have been searching for a while to replace my orange turbo boot. This was a great replacement, fit great and much better sealing than factory.

I ordered this because the original boot had a hole in the bottom of it. The package arrived in 2 days. So far it has worked great and appears to be great quality and a perfect fit for a stock 96' 7.3. Thanks to Riffraff I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Quality part, better than stock but required to be cut shorter in order to fit correctly. And the intake is now sitting slightly lower. My turbo is a D66, not sure if that is the difference or not.

Like the products durability in construction materials

This fit's perfectly, I had to unbolt the aluminum intake to get it to fit. Also the claps were a bit tight but I just failed to get better bigger ones. Once it was in firm it is solid and looks like it will last longer than the truck probably will! It also seems like the original aluminum intake is more solid than the replacement plastic one offered by ford.

This boot is much more firm than the my old, oil soaked, and cracked International intake boot that was on my '96 f250. I reroutedd the CV so nonmore oil will go into the intake! The boot should last a really long time. Looks good, feels solid. The only con of it is, I had to trim about 1/4" off of one end, but it's no big deal. Takes some patience to get it clocked just right, but if you put a little rubber lube or even a little engine oil in the boot to make it slide a little easier on the aluminum elbow and on the compressor housing, you will be able to twist it with no problems in order to bolt the elbow back on. Fast shipping too!
