Riffraff Diesel Turbo Intake Boot - Ford 7.3L (94-97)

Since Ford has discontinued the factory intake boot and others on the market seem to be less than quality we are introducing our own turbo intake boot.  This will fit 1994.5-1997 OBS Powerstroke trucks, and is a direct replacement for your orange cracked factory piece.

*Will not fit E-Series vehicles or the black boot that superseded the orange original on F-Series. Black boot replacement is F81Z9C681AA.

    Seals well, but I found it to be a PITA to install due to it being less flexible than the stock boot. Admittedly, the stock boot was all chewed up and quite old. I found a bit of silicone spray helped to maneuver it into place, though.

    USA made, and perfect fit. Miles ahead of the stock one. Don't wait as long as I did, and have a crack in your stock one. Just swap it out before you dust your turbo. Money well spent.

    This intake boot is a great fit and very sturdy. I don't see it falling apart like the stock one did. I would recommend doing it asap because I didn't even see mine was cracking until I got it off the truck.

    Great replacement part for my torn orange boot. ordered it because Riffraff has sent me quality parts before, and this is no exception. My only complaint is that once I fit it onto the turbo and the other elbow piece on the intake it was just maybe an 1/8 of an inch too long and slid past the stopping ring that was was cast into the intake piece. had to use a little wd40 to get it to fit on there.
