Riffraff Diesel 94-97 Turbo Intake and Y Boot Kit for Ford 7.3L

Since Ford has discontinued the factory Orange intake boot and others on the market seem to be less than quality we have introduced our own turbo intake and Y boot kit.  This will fit 1994.5-1997 OBS Powerstroke trucks with the stock turbo, and is a direct replacement for your cracked factory pieces.

*NOTE: Will not fit E-Series vehicles or the black boot that use the black plastic CCV adapter that superseded the orange original on F-Series. Black boot replacement is F81Z9C681AA.

Plenum Boots - (4) 2.25"

    Intake and Y Boots

    Original Y boots were worn and intake boot fell apart when I took it off to check its condition. These boots are thicker and better quality, especially the intake boot compared to stock. Takes a little work to get the Y boots on. I found putting them on the plenums first and then wiggling the intake manifold on worked best. Used some plastic tire irons to assist. Loosened up the CCV first to get the intake boot on. It was a little long so I got it all fastened, drew a line with a sharpie where the excess material had to come of, trim about 1/4" with a fresh razor blade and it fit perfect.

    Fits perfect and great quality product. Use a flathead screwdriver to get y pipe boots on. Great product!

    Felt like the boots were made well. Not a lot of give so getting them on was a bit difficult but definitely worth the swap. Much better than stock boots.

    This was a great replacement from OEM intake boots. Installation was only about 10 or 15 minutes at most and just like everything else I order from Riff Raff the purchasing and shipping time was awesome.. shipping said 5 days and I got them in three

    Perfect fit. Made the way Ford should have done it years ago. Replaced my original torn orange boot and looks good too.
