I swapped my upper radiator hose to around the Serp Belt and installed this and a t-stat at the same time. This installed easier than the removal of the old one, which needed lots of extra elbow grease for all of the silicone the PO used to get the mangled OEM housing to fit. Love it so much I purchased an additional one for my other truck to install as well.

Very well built. Another Riffraff product that does not disappoint. Worked great and 100 times better than the original.

The design of this thermostat housing is a huge upgrade from the stock housing which is to thin and bends when you tighten the bolts down making it a weak point in the cooling system. This housing is much thicker and can be reused if you have to change out a thermostat and you won't have to worry about it leaking.It also has a much cleaner finish than the original.

Finally upgraded my stock one and this looks like it will last the life time of the truck.
