RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

    Purchased these and installed with new RR boots. These really enable you to tighten the plenum clamps down to ensure no boost leaks! Look and fit are great!

    Fixed bent plenum

    I had tightened my clamps to tight and bent the plenum. Bought these and fixed the problem. Now I can tighten them down real good!!! Awesome product

    riffraffs got are back with this good part. nothing should be thin on a diesel. You should take your time putting these in and use a dead blow hammer real easy.

    You will not believe how amazingly well these fit into the OE intake. They are tapered to start easily and go in like a dream. This is a sub-$40 part that could easily save you from digging through your 200+ degree motor on the side of the road after you blow a boot. It is a no-brainer!
