RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

These are sold in a pair.

    I honestly am still waiting to upgrade to the 3" plenums from this site but this should keep me happy in the meantime. I already have a Banks intercooler and a few other mods on my 7.3 powerstroke. I didn't think these would do much for me at first, but after I had them installed I did notice an extra pound or two of boost and it felt a little more responsive. So apparently my intake plenums were leaking a bit and not allowing full boost and now they are and I did notice a bit of difference. I would absolutely recommend these for fixing the cheap tin plenums you may be surprised at the results from such a small part.

    I like the concept but I could not get my Y pipe to line up correctly. the lip made the intake to tall on the passenger side. had to clearance the y pipe on the passenger side to allow proper fitment to the turbo.

    Great product, you will have to very gently tap them in with a mallet/ block of wood. Works well with the new RiffRaff intake boot set and new clamps.
