HPOP 7 O-ring reseal kit - Ford 7.3L (94-03)
High Pressure Oil Pump O-ring kit contains 7 Viton orings and a packet of Loctite 680 retaining compound. Ford's Factory part# is 2C3Z-9G804-AA only has 3 o-rings (2 discharge hoses and rear plug) and retails for more than twice this price.
This kit adds FOUR ADDITIONAL O-RINGS!
1. The o-ring that seals the IPR to the HPOP
2. The o-ring needed for the fill plug at the top of the reservoir
3. TWO o-rings for the inside of the high pressure hose connectors that seal the hose to the pump (99-03 ONLY)
Order quantity of 1 for each package of 7 o-rings and 1 - .5ml of Loctite 680.

HPOP o-ring kit w/ 7 o-rings
Great kit, also comes with the o-ring for the plug on back of H-POP which often leaks, also you must use loctite 680 on the first 3 threads of that plug when reinstalling it. It was one of the main sources of my engine valley leak. I discovered it with a mechanics mirror, the bottom of the plug was wet with oil. back to a dry engine valley. Thanks Clay

All part worked as they should,
just dont be like me open too many kits at once and then get confused to what goes where as I had other o-ring kits for other things. My only beef,is if you live in Canada and you place an order, be patient the USPS charges one thing for delivery, then Canada Post charges an extra fee for duties and taxes.
