High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03

By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock.  This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA

Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting.  2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke *VLV-4 Fuel Sleeves are recommended for installation

    Cackle Suppresant!

Posted by Buddy Sacramento CA. on Nov 20th 2015

Great product eliminated the Cackle smoothed out idle and flows way more fuel than the screened stock fittings. Don't forget to buy the o-rings. Most likely they will need to be replaced and when you see how much is evolved for install you will not want to have to fix a leak later. The passenger rear is the worse of it do to the tight location and removal of parts to access. Do like I did since you are already there and replace all of the fuel system o-rings at this time. It is well worth the time and money for the parts and it does what it says. Highly recommend this product. Fast delivery as well.

    Definitely larger than stock

Posted by Mike on Nov 11th 2015

These were fairly easy to install. You might need an angled, line wrench for the rear fitting on the passenger side or some stubby wrenches.

Seems these should be paired with the bigger openings in the high flow banjo bolts to really "open up the system" as others have stated. One wonders what the purpose of the stock fitting with screen filters and restrictive passage was supposed to accomplish. Still haven't found a definitive answer on that one.

    git er done!

If you're trying to get more fuel to the injectors you gotta have these. Don't forget to get new sleeves with them so they don't leak.

    Great supporting modification

Highly recommended if you plan on upgrading other aspects of the fuel system as well. Each and every component works together with another component and you must remove all the choke points and bottlenecks respectively.

    wake up call for injectors

Posted by Unknown on May 11th 2015

No where have I read about these miracles called CVD fittings... clay suggested them and I can only say THANK YOU!!! The factory check valve (HUGE RESTRICTOR) was allowing so minimal amount of fuel it's rediculous. Used 90psi air gun and maybe 20% came through. Incredible flow enhancement. A must for fuel systems.

    So simple!!

I can not say that this product did anything by itself. I did numerous upgrades at one time. I replaced my up-pipes, Riffraff CVD, FRX and Fullforce stage 1 injectors. I was completely impressed!!!!!! I love my old E99 all over again.

Didn't know how restricted stock fittings were! The injectors seem to be much happier now....rolling coal!

    Excellent quality

Simple install. Need to remove intake Y & alternator bracket, then it's a quick change. Big difference in the flow restriction, factory fittings are very restrictive & tend to add to the cackle issue with injector #8. Coupled this with a set of return lines and removed all restrictions in the fuel system making it much more robust!
