High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03

By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock.  This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA

Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting.  2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke *VLV-4 Fuel Sleeves are recommended for installation

    Another need to do install

Posted by michael manuel on Apr 2nd 2020

Take it from me but as minimal as it looks it’s much needed. Since it’s so low at cost and it’s much needed if the FRX upgrade is in your sights you might as well do the cvd fittings also since you’ll be working in the area. You won’t be disappointed and you trucks gonna live you more. You’ll u defat and when you’ll hear it idle after the install. Thanks clay and everyone at RiffRaff for the collective efforts to deliver such awesome products and always in timely manner.

High Flow Fuel CVD Fitting Set

Another NO BRAINER investment. Remove the restrictive OEM and replace with this. Larger opening and no check valve surely means better flow of fuel.

    CVD

I bought these for my fathers 99 and couldn’t believe the size difference. The stock one are a huge restriction. I bought them for my 02. Don’t forget the o-rings.

    Money and time we’ll spent!

Posted by R.A Deyang on Jun 24th 2019

I recently installed these along with the banjo bolts and it shocking the difference that it made. Once air was purged, the first thing I noticed was throttle response, dramatically better and smoother. My truck effortlessly accelerated and did everything better. The next thing I noticed was how much quieter it got. My noisy 160/Stock injectors has actually quieted down quite a bit. I didn’t have to turn the truck off to order anything at a drive though and idling it sounded like it had pilot injection enabled. I’ve been working on 7.3 trucks since 2001 so I know how they sound and respond Stock and modified. After installing the complete Riffraff Fuel system (Frx, Banjo Bolts, and CVD fittings) my truck is noticeably quieter at idle and even at speed. Money spent on this is money well spent, especially if you plan on larger than Stock injectors.

    Quality Product

These fitting are worth the time and investment. Stock fittings barely allowed fuel to flow through. I'm glad I made the right choice.

Hugh Flow Fuel CVD for 7.3 Excursion

I wish I had done this sooner! I'll upload a picture comparing this new fitting vs. stock. I'm running stock injectors and pump, this seems to give more throttle response.

    CVD fitting Set

Great product. Not sure how any fuel whatsoever passed though the stock ones as I could barely blow air through them. Installed these along with High Flow Banjo Bolts and FRX. What a difference !!!!

It’s a little more work than you think. Good buy though.

    Fast shipping!
The intastall was ok. Note: to access the front CVD the best I pulled the power steering and alternator bracket I also replaced the banjo bolts too.
The back one is a little difficult too. Use a wrench and get that fuel line loose and use a socket. Make sure you have the o ring to replace for the line. I have done 3 trucks and had to replace the o rings 2 out of 3 times due to them being worn.
My trucks have better throttle response I have no complaints.
