High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03
By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock. This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

Injectors very Happy!
The CVD fitting set does exactly what they are designed for, the injectors now have full fuel flow whereas the stock check valves was severely restricting needed fuel pressure to the injectors.
I installed the passenger rear fitting first,verified for any leak then fired up the engine,whoah! did the engine fire up fast! Installed the front CVD, did the leak check and fired it up, boy does the engine start fast now!
Coupled with the Riffraff FRX kit, the engine starts much faster,accelerates better,smoother running throughout the power band,50-80 degrees lower EGT,great idle rumble,reduced injector noise,feels like the 7.3L runs on all 8 cylinders now.

Throttle response!
I installed these while doing the FRx, and WOW what a difference they make! The throttle response is fantastic and were very easy to install.
I also added some Gasoila to the threads for good measure. -

I just installed these on my 03 super duty.
All I can say is HOLY CRAP what a difference. A lot more fuel Sound better and Throttle response is like no other. -

I recommend getting these through riffraff because they are awesome and all. You can also make your own regulated return like I did using these, special braided fuel lines and the FRX...here is the mod I came up with...enjoy and buy these from riffraff! My truck was much happier after I came up with my diy fuel system...

Faster starting, quicker throttle response, smoother running truck, and no more injector cackle. Great product for a tuned truck.
an assortment of 9/16 wrenches makes this easy.
It will probably take someone an hour or two to do this if they have no experience getting the fuel lines loose.

No more restriction
Great quality product, no problem with fueling my 200/30 injectors, just need to include the Viton fuel sleeves with the kit because I forgot to order those, thank God I have a friend that works at International and got me them that night.
