Alliant Fuel Pressure Regulator "Blue Spring" Kit (AP0086) 03-07 6.0L
Taking only 30 minutes to install the new updated Ford "Blue Spring" will increase your fuel pressure back up to where it should be from the factory. Most 6.0's see an increase of 8-10 psi of fuel pressure. The added fuel pressure will help keep the injectors from out flowing the stock fuel pump, meaning no air in the injectors, and an injector that will live much longer. Most trucks will actually quite down a little at idle, rev up a lot quicker and with the added fuel pressure, a little quicker spool up on the turbo. The kit does include all the O-Rings and hard parts to install the blue spring kit.

The kit was very easy to install. Great Price. Fast shipping from riffraff. Took about 25 minutes to install. Noticed immediate difference in throttle response in pickup. Another great product from Riffraff

This kit was simple to install and took less than 30 minutes. The benefits in performance were immediately noticed after the install. Faster take off, more turbo. One tip: make sure your metering valve is not obstructed. It is a tiny hole in there and debris from disassembly/reassembly can clog.

This project was pretty easy overall. Just don't do like me and twist the fuel return line trying to get it loose from the regulator plate. It ups the tedious factor and costs you a new fuel return line. Overall it is a good upgrade.

Kit included everything needed to upgrade the spring and reassemble with the proper seals. It appears to be FORD OEM. Note, there really aren't any directions but there are videos on U-Tube that clearly indicate how to do the upgrade. I did my upgrade because I needed to replace a leaking seal. It raised the PSI to over 60 PSI. All in all, a good product.

It is was it is. Ford oem parts, no other options and price is negligible. If your don't have the blue spring get the kit at least for that. Riffraff had the best price
