Alliant Fuel Pressure Regulator "Blue Spring" Kit (AP0086) 03-07 6.0L
Taking only 30 minutes to install the new updated Ford "Blue Spring" will increase your fuel pressure back up to where it should be from the factory. Most 6.0's see an increase of 8-10 psi of fuel pressure. The added fuel pressure will help keep the injectors from out flowing the stock fuel pump, meaning no air in the injectors, and an injector that will live much longer. Most trucks will actually quite down a little at idle, rev up a lot quicker and with the added fuel pressure, a little quicker spool up on the turbo. The kit does include all the O-Rings and hard parts to install the blue spring kit.

Great economical kit for those of us who don't need a new cover. I opted for this kit knowing it was factory parts as well.

very easy mod. should be done when power enhancement is performed on the 6.0 Simple . don't even need to remove fuel lines. with 4 bolts removed on side of secondary fuel filter , this spring can be changed out and new gasket( O ring) installed without much effort.

Easy, Quick, and Cool install. Maybe took about 25 mins to put on and once I did the truck starts faster and pressure should be a lot higher now. The Blue Spring is longer than the OEM one so there is a difference there. This kit is OEM just not bagged by Ford with their high price! Get It Now if you don't have one yet!

I was in need of a fuel regulator o-ring kit since I have been smelling diesel inside of the cab while driving. A friend recommended the product from RiffRaffDiesel. I ordered it and a few days late it arrived. Easy to install and fixed the leak I was having, also the blue spring seems to help since it also runs a little better. No problems with this product and I would use this company again as well.
