The cap is great!! BUT the o-ring that comes does not work as well as the original that came with truck. The triangular cross section does not fit well and sometimes fails after tightening. I still use my original flatter o-ring but anticipate needing to replace it one day. Have never gotten a good flat one since from any supplier.

Local shop cracked my fuel bowl cap when they were replacing my fuel filter. The never told me. I noticed it the next day when I was checking under the hood. Noticed diesel pooled in the cap. Got this new cap in 2 days from order. Awesome!

Yep, this is the cap that I needed. It is a perfect fit and looks exactly like the Ford cap. It worked perfectly with Motorcraft fuel filter. The previous fuel filter was installed by a mechanic who used a non-OEM filter with a built-in cap and he threw away my Ford cap, so I bought this replacement cap. Local Ford dealer price is over $62 for the cap. Riff Raff price was under $20. Thanks Riff Raff for the savings.

Cap is just like factory. Works perfect with motorcraft fuel filter.

My 7.3 had a filter with lid attached. I wanted to run Oem filter because it is better. Bought this and motor craft filter and it works as it should.

Purchased a used 7.3L where the previous owner used a filter/lid combo, order a new lid, perfect fit and used my filter that I had ordered from here also.
