Riffraff Diesel Fuel Feed Line SS Braided Hose Kit - 7.3L 99-03
Our new feed line kit utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont to replace your worn and restrictive OEM hard lines that run from the fuel bowl to the driver and passenger side heads. This allows you to move from the problematic stock Vibra-Loc® sleeves to a leak proof JIC adapter for long term security against the possibility of a leak.
Our SS Braided Fuel Line Kit also solves the issue of pedestal interference on the OEM passenger side metal hardline when you convert to a T4 Turbo kit. This kit covers the fuel lines from your 1999-2003 7.3L Fuel Bowl to the fuel rail in the cylinder heads.

Installation Note - Do Not over-tighten the 90º elbow that is installed into the fuel bowl. It is a tapered thread, and if over tightened can crack the fuel bowl.

7.3 fuel lines
Very good quality product my 7.3 had rusted lines replaced with this product my 7.3 has the bigger turbo and has a little more room on passenger side head to get old line and fitting out of head. The smaller turbo motors might have to loosen up the exhaust pipe on turbo to get more room to get to line and fitting.after line installation truck seems more responsive.

Needed Upgrade
Really a required upgrade to get rid of the stock factory lines that leak. Superior leak free design is evident. Install is straight forward. Would recommend.

fits as described, fun project, I installed with banjo bolts, FRX,HPX. note that this deletes the check valves so no need to buy those

I bought this and installed it according to DieselTechRon, Ford 7.3 powerstroke fuel leak. It was pretty easy. I used a socket to remove the rear fitting (as suggested by RiffRaff support)

Stainless Braided Fuel Lines
I bought the stainless braided fuel line set for my 7.3l F250. They are good quality. The fitting that goes into the back of the head needs to be about an inch and a half longer. It was extremely difficult to install as is.

Quality Kit
When I first saw these I thought the price was a little high for two lines, but once I got them I see why. They are very nice quality, exact length and fit needed for a seamless install. Also they say USA made right on them. As usual I shouldn't have ever questioned riffraff and their products. Another must do item from these guys.
