Riffraff Diesel Fuel Feed Line SS Braided Hose Kit - 7.3L 99-03
Our new feed line kit utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont to replace your worn and restrictive OEM hard lines that run from the fuel bowl to the driver and passenger side heads. This allows you to move from the problematic stock Vibra-Loc® sleeves to a leak proof JIC adapter for long term security against the possibility of a leak.
Our SS Braided Fuel Line Kit also solves the issue of pedestal interference on the OEM passenger side metal hardline when you convert to a T4 Turbo kit. This kit covers the fuel lines from your 1999-2003 7.3L Fuel Bowl to the fuel rail in the cylinder heads.

Installation Note - Do Not over-tighten the 90º elbow that is installed into the fuel bowl. It is a tapered thread, and if over tightened can crack the fuel bowl.

Nice quality part
My OEM hard lines leaked from vibrating against the passenger head. This kit reroutes the lines nicely. Installation was simple, directions are straight forward.

2000 7.3 SD fuel return lines
Great product. At 400,000 miles, suffered the fuel line retention bracket wear through, prompting the purchase of these lines. A bit difficult to install, but loved the outcome.

Braided hoses and FX regulated return
I have a 2002 7.3 F250 with a DP tuner and other common mods. I put these 2 kits on together. My truck has much better throttle response! I did put 3/4” reflective fiberglass protective sleeve (from Oreilly auto parts) on the FPX line on the driver side line as it is close to the exhaust up pipe, I used plastic 1/2” loon to protect the other 3 lines from chaffing. I was able to remove the factory fuel NPT plugs with a small adjustable wrench but a square socket is the best tool of you have it. Make sure all fittings are snugged down. With the gold spring on the FPX regulator. My truck runs smoother, and stronger. I highly recommend these 2 kits!
