Riffraff Diesel Fuel Feed Line SS Braided Hose Kit - 7.3L 99-03
Our new feed line kit utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont to replace your worn and restrictive OEM hard lines that run from the fuel bowl to the driver and passenger side heads. This allows you to move from the problematic stock Vibra-Loc® sleeves to a leak proof JIC adapter for long term security against the possibility of a leak.
Our SS Braided Fuel Line Kit also solves the issue of pedestal interference on the OEM passenger side metal hardline when you convert to a T4 Turbo kit. This kit covers the fuel lines from your 1999-2003 7.3L Fuel Bowl to the fuel rail in the cylinder heads.
Made in the USA
Installation Note - Do Not over-tighten the 90º elbow that is installed into the fuel bowl. It is a tapered thread, and if over tightened can crack the fuel bowl.

So easy to install, even a non mechanic can do it
Had a lot of free time lately and decided to find and fix the leak ive had on my 2001 7.3. Decided to replace the fuel lines and entire fuel bowl as well and found these with a lot of positive reviews. Im not mechanic by no means, more of a YouTube mechanic, but after watcher several videos on YouTube I decided to tackle this project. Along with the instructions and my videos removing was not a hassle. The only issue I had was the passenger line on the back of the head. It was tricky but I was cleaning up the turbo spider and adding more riffraff mods so I removed it and the cold side intercooler pipe so after adjusting myself I was able to reach the port to remove it with a 9/16. Installation to the passenger head was easy-ish as well with the turbo spider removed. The driver side line was easy well with the ICP removed (another part i decided to replace) and the use of a crow foot or flat wrench. Since I was replacing the fuel bowl with a new one, running the lines and screwing them in were easier for me then having the fuel bowl sit in truck. While the fuel bowl was out I could adjust the threaded ports easier before screwing on the lines themselves. After adjustment was made I started to hand tighten the actual lines to these ports all while the bowl was still free. Once I liked the way the lines looked and didnt have any pinches or awkward direction of lines and how fuel was going to run, I tightened the fuel bowl in the truck then the lines. No leaks luckily and the engine valley looks cleaner. Definitely helps to see if anything leaks when you have a clear view of your valley.

Nice lines, made in the USA
I’ve been working on upgrading the stock fuel system in preparation for larger injectors, these lines fit the bill. Gets rid of the restrictive check valve and leak prone stock connections all in one shot. It is nice that they also include high quality thread sealant with the lines. As a word of caution to those not familiar, only apply thread sealant to the pipe thread ends of the fittings.

FUEL LINE SS BRAIDED HOSE KIT - 7.3L 99-03
Great product, exactly as described on the website. Was not thrilled with the instructions, they were detailed until the part where the fuel line needed to be connected to the passenger side of the head (toward the firewall). This part needs much more detail. It is the hardest part of the job.

Fuel line replacement kit
First of all, this was tough to install. The fitting on the back of the passenger head has to be done by feel and the smaller your hands are, the better. The driver side is easier but requires the partial removal of the alternator bracket to access the fitting. But the quality of the hoses and connections are top notch. I had the common fuel leak at the passenger side tubing clamp so had to do something. This kit was the best I saw and it installed with no leaks. I'm totally happy with it.

1999 f350 fuel lines
Replaced these fuel lines a little late !
Cost me 900.00 to get towed back home.
These new ones went on without any problems, except for the pass. side rear one which wasn't the fuel lines faults.. just hard to get at ! No leaks and back on the road again.
Thinking of changing out the oil lines now. -
Fuel line
The new hoses are far better then stock and will flow better with less restriction.
