    EBP Tube

This one is has an extra bend that makes it fit better than my 19 year old original. Just a note for anyone with dual alternators: You have to unbolt the lower passsenger side alternator bracket and move it to towards the passenger side fender about 1 inch to get the old tube out and install this tube. Perfect fit once installed.

was throwing the 470 and 478 codes, took sensor and tube out to clean them, cleaning was not a option, and the tube had a big hole in it, the manifold fitting and tube fit real well,

Might as well replace this too

Posted by Kenny on Mar 12th 2018

I replaced this in conjunction with the back pressure sensor. Tube fit perfect, didn’t have to make any adjustments to the tube to get it to fit. Trick is making sure both side are started, before final tightening. That way you have some playtomkove it around and get it where it needs to be

    Fit perfect

I was replacing the EBP sensor so did the tube too. My tube could probably have been reused, but what’s my time worth? Relatively inexpensive compared to the work that would have been necessary.

Easy to install, hard to remove the old one because it was so old and broken.
