I had an injector cup removal tool from a different company that was very obviously cheaply made and broke on the first cup I attempted to remove. I then purchased the Riff Raff tool and was able to complete the work very easily. This tool kit is by far the best for injector cup removal and install.

Awesome products, great response time, parts were always correct and quality.

Turbo came VERY well packaged. Removal of old one took a little finess, but, to be expected with bolts with 300k miles on them. Install was straight forward. The intake pipe on the back was a pain to attach but jiggling and slowly tightening clamp worked. Overall took about 4.5 hours. The perfomance is insanely better. My turbo must have been tired for a while.

With the HPx cross over line I’ve experienced a quieter smoother idle now, along with a faster take offs. The Boost controller has helped the motor from de-fueling under high boost levels after the trucks been tuned with bigger injectors from Swamps.

I called up Clay as I have a van turbo on my superduty after an engine swap. I was getting surge on my way back home to Alaska when going up some of the rolling hills of Virginia and I did not like the sound of it. When I got to a place I could work on it in Montana it was still quite present so I ordered up a rebuild kit and the anti-surge compressor wheel. It was a pretty easy install and took my less than a day to do. When I got the truck back on the road the turbo was actually slightly quieter till about 10psi then it has a little bit of a whine but then quites back down. I was impressed though as it keeps my egts even more in check and seems to give the truck a little more power. Very impressed with RiffRaff parts and services. I like to support smaller companies and what appears to be a Christian Company judging by the verses on the packages.

Great system for the $$. Brother in law and I had installed in a few hours. Hardest part of the install was removing the factory down pipe. The sound and performance of the engine is amazing. A nice surprise with the system is that it is quieter in the cab now. Never would've thought that.

This is my first diesel, my first truck and obviously my first powerstroke. I have a background with mechanical experience, I'm no master tech but I'm ok with a wrench. I was referred to RiffRaff diesel from a 7.3l Powerstroke Facebook page and have been using the site exclusively for parts since. Prices can't be beat anywhere and neither can the quality of parts. Injector seals needed replacement so I bought the Alliant Power o-rings and then replaced the intake boots with the Riff Raff ones. The boots are awesome! They fit really secure and feel like they will last a long time.

My truck hardly ever brakes down it is the best engine made by Ford the powerstroke 7.3.I like that it wasn't as much if I would have pursched it from the dealership.i am looking to redo my whole front end and I like the prices and products I have seen on your site.i also like that you are all diesel.

Fixed leakey up pipes, put a 360 lube kit in turbo with a KC 300S turbine. Hooked up to do a trial run with our small 5 th wheel. Scale weight about 16K gross combined 2wd short box extra cab, 40 gallon transfer tank. Boost like I never had and better EGTs. I have used alcohol and water injection to help in the last couple years of 20K miles lots in the west pulling mountain passes like Donner out of Sacramento and Tioga pass and Mountain pass etc. It feels like I am going to be much better off. The chip works good. Fairly easy install and it adds noticable power to my stock truck with a turbo up-pipe leak lol. The guage cluster mount for it is a very nice way to give it a clean mount look if you have a pilar pod in your truck.

Everything I ordered to freshen up my engine went together without a problem, almost. I had to clearance the billet intake manifolds for a fuel line system but otherwise everything was perfect.

Clay and the team always treat me with the ultimate respect. They spend as much time as necessary to ensure I understand the product, how to install it, and always top-notch service after the sale. They are the Powerstroke specialist, they know and sell the best products to maintain and service them. That's not flattery, it's fact. The 1996 didn't come from the factory with a much needed Turbo Intercooler to help keep the EGT's in the safe range to prevent engine damage. Clay recommended the Bank's complete intercooler set-up. Bank's engineering and quality are fantastic for this truck. We expect a much longer engine life. The installation fit and finish are excellent.

EBPV delete pedestal / high flow turbo EBPV delete housing and the Diamond Eye 4 inch turbo back exhaust. These products are Excellent in quality and give True performance increases. I bought my truck bone stock a few months ago and started my build. Everything came from riffraff and I am happy with every item. Clay was a huge help with directing me to get the correct parts for the truck to do what I wanted it to. Parts and service are top notch.

Up pipes were a little bit of a pain on the drivers side but one you pull the body mounts and lift it a bit it isn’t bad.

My turbo is awesome im loving it i have not got the airdog2 put on yet.

Previous owner used wrong coolant and practiced bad maintenance caused cup failure. I was horrified at seeing diesel all in my coolant and white smoke at startup. I was lucky to come across Riffraff's site. The cups and retaining compound were spot on factory BUT the hero here is Riffraff's injector cup tool. No way this gets done w/out it. Life saver. I'm convinced the cups near the fire wall cannot be properly seated using any other tool. Don't waste your time. It's 1000% worth the small rental fee. TRUST ME. I'm not a mechanic, not even close, but I was able to do it. I just had to borrow some deep well sockets and boom! "Pro tip": Take your time. Give this job a couple days. Get a thick piece of cardboard and lay inside the engine bay. Do this while taking off the valve covers and doing the cups. It will save you heartache in the long run. Thanks Riffraff!!

Just what I was look’n for!!!

Removing the back ones and installing the riffraff diesel banjo bolts was relatively simple I was surprised to find them not over tightened the factory ones that is.However installing the front two are going to take quite a bit more disassembly which is not a huge problem. You can't wait to get the other two in and start it up try it out. I am very impressed with the quality of the manufacturing of the banjo bolts. Thank you for a diesel.

The great: New clutch is absolutely awesome, feels like stepping on a plum! Super smooth in all gears and holds perfect. No gear rollover noise at all. The bellowed uppipes went in fine since the transmission wasn’t in the way. Getting the adapter connected to the turbo was tough. The band clamp on the adapter to turbo was absolutely a Bear. Cut my hands in the tight confines. Took about three hours to get connected, but once I figured out how to wedge it in place I got it on and tight. I can’t say enough good things about sales and shipping from Riffraff-you are the best. Needed some additional bolts and o-rings and they were ready to go when I was. Never had any long waits for any orders. Thanks.

The fuel rail crossover was helped by adding a 45° elbow to dodge the snorkel.

I never heard of riffraff tell I blew my motor and was looking for rebuild kits and etc. these guys are amazing 10 stars all day long. I called them up and explained what happened and they helped me out and sent me a new fitting free of charge and got me going again. I am a customer for life with riffraff. The most recent item I purchased was a flex plate cause I broke mine and it shipped that day and arrived 2 days later and I placed the order at 8pm my local time. Good hydra mounting solution that makes the chip easy to see and use yet does not make it an obstruction when looking out through the windshield. I was able to mount it on my bottom guage in my 3 gauge A pillar gauge pod and, with the addition of 3 8mm washers to hold the parking brake pedal bracket away from the ribbon cable, I could still use my very short ribbon cable that the hydra come with. The bracket is made well, fits good, and the price just can’t be beat.

The HPX a noticeable difference on both trucks. They run smoother at idle and seem to have more power at low rpm. Easy to install too! Have to recommend HPX for all 7.3l powerstroke trucks.

I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it was. Turns out I just had to unhook the down pipe off the turbo unit and take the 2 nuts off the exhaust pipe to cat. That allowed me to take a 1/2 drive swivel head ratchet and undo the plug.

Experience was great! Boots arrived earlier than stated, which got me back on the road sooner, and now the truck seems to be performing better and holding boost! Great buy!

Clay did some quick thinking and traded me an OBS uppipe for a superduty one and shipped me a superduty manifold because the OBS order from Ford got delayed big time! It saved me a couple hundred bucks too so I was happy to do it. Superduty parts are getting cheaper than my stock OBS parts. That said, I appreciate talking to a live person and not just ordering online. You don’t always know what’s instock or out of stock online. Just a heads up. Hopefully, that will change.

I had recently taken my truck to a reputable shop to have an oil leak fixed and they pointed out thst I needed new sway bar links and bushings and they could do them for me for another $450. I bought the parts from these guys and installed thdm myself for 1/4 of the cost. My front end is so quiet now and I feel better about paying the shop $500 to fix my oil leaks.

I usually bought parts for my truck at NAPA or stuck with going to the dealer and paying way to much. Searched some 7.3L forums and read a lot of recommendations about Riffraff so I decided to give them a try. First order was for the air filter kit which was a great price from everything else I read about on the net and it was getting a lot of great reviews so I got it, installed it and I am very pleased with it. That satisfaction led me to purchasing belt tensioner, pulley and belt which I just finished installing today. Easy install and totally satisfied with the quality of the parts.

So far so good. The turbo went on easy after I got the bolts out of the old one. The arp studs went really fast having 3 torque wrenches. The hardest part was getting the new clamps on the new cac boots, they fit but just barely.

The RDP CAC boots are the best on the market. They work great and always ship fast. I also always recommend their plenum inserts and t-bolt clamps (replace stock worm clamps) to prevent boost leaks.

I ordered the Donaldson Blue filter, blue outer cover and battery tray to replace the stock air filter system. Easy install of maybe 30 minutes. I already have a 4” exhaust and a tuner. This filter made a huge difference in how my runs. Much improved throttle response and seems to run smoother. Very happy with my purchase.

I installed a Donaldson Blue 6637 filter, metal battery tray, and Riffraff filter cover. It looks great, the truck has lots of air and it makes for a really clean install. You can’t go wrong with this setup. You don’t need a filter bracket IMO bc the filter sits very securely in a place.

I have not installed the Under Valve Cover Harness and Pigtail yet, but they seem to be great products and I have received great customer support with any of my questions or concerns. I also have received, but not installed my Isspro Gauges. RiffRaff had the best prices on the models I was looking for. Install was super straight forward. The hose length gets you behind the driver's door. I have it zip tied to the frame pointing straight back and no issues with smell getting into cab. Very little blowby in my truck, but it's comforting knowing that the nastiness isn't going back into the motor.

Cam sensor, easy to install, made a big difference in the way it ran.

I initially called Riffraff and spoke to a gentleman named Clay (I think that was his name, it has been a few months). I told him my situation of my turbo burning oil and surging terribly when towing. He knew exactly what I needed and I was incredibly surprised at the prices; much less than I was expecting! Clay emailed me a list of parts that I needed with specifics. I ordered exactly what he said I received it all promptly, packaged and wrapped well. I have never rebuilt a 7.3L turbo before, but using Riffraff's online instructions, it was too easy! The entire rebuilding process took only about 30 minutes. Getting everything together and reinstalled, it is like a new truck! The turbo spools much quicker, much better, and my truck doesn't smoke and burn oil anymore! I could not be happier with my purchase and my selection of vendor -- Riffraff Diesel Performance!

When Do a Complete Banks Power Pack on my 7.3 and a upper radiator re-route as well. I came across a blown o-ring in my Thermostat. When tok out the upper radiator mount I broke a bolt off

Having bought a 1997 F250 PSD from a farm, it wasn't in the best of shape when I got it. Being my first Powerstroke I felt as if I'd jumped off the deep end not being able to diagnose problems. It seemed like most everything boild down to throw parts at it and see what works. I opted for buying this Auto Enginuity Diagnostic tool instead. It was well worth it, within ten minutes I was able to buzz test my injectors, check the specific output of my Injector pressure, what the rotational cyl variance was (CPS sensor), turbo psi, and the koer, koeo tests. This tool is invaluable if your trying to diagnose a problem. Ruling out what isn't wrong let's you focus on what is wrong. I was worried this wouldn't work with my older truck but it was totally fine you just have to go into the menus and change the handshake protocol. I've used this on my friends 7.3 excursion yesterday to get it back up going after replacing a bad CPS with a new cps that also was bad, third black CPS from Ford worked perfectly. I'm no mechanic and I'm not made of money, these trucks can get expensive really quickly and I do not like guessing at problems. I hope this helps some one else. I needed new fuel lines and high pressure oil fittings in order to get my engine running. While in the middle of my project I also bought the upgraded banjo bolts and cvd fittings. Everything fit great and it got my engine running! I will continue to use Riffraff for my all of my diesel parts!

Had an engine fire on my 05 7.3 cab swap. Clay was amazing. Got my parts to me very quickly and tracked down the engine wire harness for my truck. I looked everywhere for it with no luck. Well the beginning of this project started about a year ago as i received my orders i wanted to do more repairs or replacement parts so i just kept ordering parts next thing i know i have a huge order of parts piled in my living room soon to be repacked to go to the new house and shop as i settled and unpacked and got the shop organized so i could work in it i started tearing down a 7.3 and installing all my new parts that went together nicely as per the instructions .
