Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Great product
Nice and tight firm not sloppy like my old ones.

work great, adds some nice style under the hood
Literally my only complaint is that the CAC boots were too long by about 5/8 of an inch (made it impossible to install without take out most of the stuff on each side of the engine). Otherwise, they definitely solved my boost leak issue and that annoying oil seeping problem.

Great Fit and Quality!
So nice to see a company make stuff in the USA! Boot kit fit like a glove, perfect size and even the clamps are USA made. Waited over a year to write a review to make sure they were what I wanted. All I can say is I highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their boost where it belongs.

Good materials and fit. Was easy to order and get correct part from catalog description. Much cheaper than others too. I didnt need or want to pay for new clamps.

Quality boots
You may need to trim a little off of the IC boots to keep the spider and IC pipe aligned smoothly, but other than that, I am pleased with them.

F250 7.3 diesel intercooler boot kit
Great product, the kit fit perfect as Clay said it would. The plenum stiffers were also easy to install and definitely made a difference in the stiffness of the plenum inlets. Great customer service.
