Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit - Ford 6.0L 03-07 F-Series
This complete kit consists of 4 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Pink, Red and Black.
Note: Between 04-07 some models had a plastic driver side CAC tube instead of metal. If this is the case you will need only the "Hot Side" kit that we offer. Does not fit Banks Techni-cooler or some aftermarket coolers.

6.0 powerstroke intercooler boots
Excellent product. Twice as thick as OEM. Fit well but would suggest ordering riff raft clamps.

Great boots on er OEM
Great tight fitting boots. OEM clamps will fit but are tight. Order the clamps and save the trouble. No blowouts since I put them on. These are very thick and well made, I'm very happy with my purchase and consistently run 35 psi of boost without issues. Ford 6.0

Some of the best CAC boots
This is my first 6.0l and when I took my truck in for a complete inspection they said the CAC boots needed to be replaced. After scouring forums looking for recommendations and searching Google I came across Riff Raff. I ordered the CAC boots and realized they are much thicker than the factory boots. They seem to be a lot better quality. They went on easily, no problem at all but where I ran into a slight problem was the band clamps, I had to back the nut almost all the way off due to the increased thickness. They look really good and I would definitely recommend them.

Top notch CAC hose
I noticed that the boost on my truck (03 F250 with a 6.0) wasn't like it was a couple of months ago. When I inspected the factory CAC hoses I found hairline cracks on two of the four hoses. So after some research I choose the Riffraff hoses. I'm very happy with the fit and finish, very easy to install and it gave my truck renewed power!!! Made in USA is a plus for me! Very well made hoses, I look for them to outlast my truck. I would highly recommend!!!

Great Replacement Parts!
Installed a set of the red boots on my 6.0 in about two hours. Would have taken less time, but had to clean up 130k miles of blow by and oil gunk. Anticipate my oil leak to now be stopped. Easy fit. Used the Riff Raff clamp kit too...use your torque wrench.

These are prefect. Easy to put on. We bought one boot elsewhere and it seemed to make the problem worse. These boots are great quality and can handle the boast my truck has.

Complete CAC intercooler boot kit
These boots are awesome. compared to my stock boots (06 f250 6.0) they are roughly 3 times thicker. I bought these after one of my factory ones blew out on a camping trip and it left me stranded. I have no worries now with these boots.
