Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit - Ford 6.0L 03-07 F-Series
This complete kit consists of 4 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Pink, Red and Black.
Note: Between 04-07 some models had a plastic driver side CAC tube instead of metal. If this is the case you will need only the "Hot Side" kit that we offer. Does not fit Banks Techni-cooler or some aftermarket coolers.

Factory Boots were leaking at 80K, had a big RV trip coming up and thought lets get it fixed and use after market boots..... put these on in short order, torqued to specs pulled a 9K 30ft travel trailer over 2 mountain passes and up 2 steep grades running a 70 MPH camped for a week putting over 1000, miles on them. should have changed these boots long ago very good value everyone should dump the factory boots and install a full set of these!!!!! used basic shipping had them in 4 days fantastic service.

Great Product
After developing a tear on my original turbo outlet elbow I decided to replace all 4 on my Excursion. The boots go on great, are significantly stronger than OEM, and are priced fairly. Did all four in about an hour, and was able to clean and reuse the clamps. One less failure point in the mighty 6.0, thanks Riffraff for offering such a great product at an awesome price.

40+ PSI no problamo
I have had these boots on a 700+ HP truck that's running 40+ PSI of boost and these pink boots have yet to fail I would recommend these to anyone whose truck is having issues popping the OEM boots off they look great and work well on anything mild to WILD!!!!

Great Product!!!
I had been having a problem with my hotside charge pipe blowing off under boost. Knowing my boots were at the end of there life I wanted a set of boots that would be high quality and support my future mods. I was alittle skeptical at first bc there not ribbed like the factory ones. After speaking to Clay he put me at ease and assured me of the quality and practicality of his boots. Once they arrived you could see and feel the quality and know it was far more superior to the factory ones. I knew immediately I had made the right decision. Im now 2000+ miles and quite a few 30+psi boosts and LOVE them. Thank You Clay for your help!!
