Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit - Ford 6.0L 03-07 F-Series
This complete kit consists of 4 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Pink, Red and Black.
Note: Between 04-07 some models had a plastic driver side CAC tube instead of metal. If this is the case you will need only the "Hot Side" kit that we offer. Does not fit Banks Techni-cooler or some aftermarket coolers.

Great cac boot
These boots feel stronger than oem boots as well as fit tighter on the tubing. No need to worry about them blowing off. Will buy again if need be. Riff raff did a great job and shipping the parts fast.

Nice Quality - recommend these replacement hoses
Very nice, thick replacement CAC tube. The tube is nearly twice as thick as the factory Ford hoses and thus requires completely loosening the hose four clamps. These hoses do not have the factory built inside ridges. However, the quality appears to be excellent.

Great kit for the money!
Im on my second complete set of this CAC boot kit. I bought them again because they are great boots at a reasonable price. They hold high boost numbers (over 30 PSI) without a problem. I rerouted my CCV this go round, to even further extend the life of this set. When I do need another set though, I'll be buying more of these.

Great replacement and great value!
Bought these after blowing the stock boot off the turbo for the last time. They are very thick and durable and seem to hold up very well under high boost. A must for heavily modified trucks.

Great Product...Great Replacement...Better than OEM!!!
Everything about it is great!! Hoses was thicker than OEM by 50% and the clamps fit, but required them to be put on after hoses was in place. Awesome product!!!

Top quality
After spending some quality time under the hood on a 105° day on the side of the freeway. I had it with the factory boots that you could turn inside out like a sock. Ordered these boots when we got home. They shipped quick and I was very pleased with the quality. These boots are what the factory should have put on in the first place.

Great product
The product came quick. The boots are thicker than the original and a hell of a lot cheaper. I forgot to tighten one clamp done tight enought and made quite the bag coming off. Great product Thanks

Great Product
I had a ripped stock boot and replaced with one of these. Today I was pulling a fifth wheel on a 90deg day, thru the mountains, and I had to stop three times to put the stock boots back on, after they popped off! The Riffraff boot is the only one that didn't pop off when heated to extreme. Now I am on this site to purchase complete boot, and clamp kits. Wish I had done that earlier! ( had to listen to the wife on the side of the road every time the stock boots blew off. Arghhhh)
