CAC Intercooler Single Boots
Our boots consist of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and tested up to 180 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that will fit both because fitment should be snug. Your intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boots and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We now offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake.

Get the boot clamps!
These turbo boots are fantastic. Riffraff makes an excellent replacement for all six boot positions. BUT they are of a higher grade material which makes them thicker. I could not get the stock boot clamps back on in some locations. Order the replacement clamps when buying the boots.
