CAC Intercooler Single Boots
Our boots consist of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and tested up to 180 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that will fit both because fitment should be snug. Your intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boots and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We now offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake.

these are great if you are trying to get your truck up and running again and your dog decided it looks like a chew toy he loves it and has been playing with it for HOURS and its still holding up great honesty i could probably run it still but i think ill just get anther one for me 6 out of 5 stars would definitely recommend to friend and dog lovers

Intercooler 3"x3" Straight Boot needed for Mishimoto intercooler install 7.3 2002

Intercooler 3"x3" Straight Boot was needed for my intercooler upgrade. I got the Mishimoto intercooler, and this boot is needed for the driver side only on a 2002 7.3. I don't know if it is needed for any other install. Great product quality.

They are somewhat harder to get on and a touch longer but with making stock boost they will last forever. I bet with the correct clamps and inserts you can run more boost than your stocker 7.3 can handle. Typical RiffRaff quality
