6.0L CAC Intercooler "Hot Side" Boot Kit 03-07
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.
This Hot Side kit is for the passenger side 03-07 6.0L Powerstrokes with stock intercooler pipe, does not fit Banks Intercoolers or E-Series.

Intercooler boots
High quality, seem to hold up great to higher boost situations. Will purchase again for future customers.

Bottom CAC boot blows off
Let me start off by saying, the top boot with the ridge to lock into the pipe channel seems to be great. No issues with that. However, the bottom boot does not have the ridge and kept blowing off for anything more than about 15 psi boost. Upon install, I made very sure that it was cleaned with Brake clean and dry, and i definitely tightened it down well, even beyond the 22 inch/lbs for those clamps. Finally, after the 4th time, I just reinstalled the old OEM boot (with the ridge) and have had zero problems. I attempted to contact support, but they just insist I need to clean with Brake clean, and fail to offer any meaningful support.

Great boots
These fit the factory intercooler, tube and Garrett turbo perfectly. Clamps were out of stock so I reused the factory clamps; a tight fit but no problems far. Much heavier than the OEM boots, and glad to find made in USA.

Best there is and easy install. If you have a 6.0 do yourself a favor and upgrade to these.

Big improvement over OEM
I wish I would have done this sooner. These boots are so much thicker than oem and have been thoughtfully engineered to stay seated and not blow off. I didn’t use hairspray or any of the other tricks I’ve read about. Torqued them down and have driven 2000 miles no blow offs

Perfect fit
Fit was perfect. The boot off the turbo had an extra rib inside to help it from blowing off. Can’t go wrong

Great product
Product is great came fast & went on easy ..... wish I could have bought in person as I'm from Oregon but online .... get yourself some .... also came with a sticker parts are quality but that sticker makes my truck push 80lbs of boost only downside is I'm going threw tires like nobody's business but my dad buys me a new set every week so it's all good
