CAC 7.3L Intercooler Boot Kit
This kit includes 2 intercooler boots that are for a 7.3L intercooler inlet and outlet.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Absolutely great CAC boots, far superior than OEM
Great product, much thicker than OEM. Almost too thick hit stock size t-clamps. Ended up replacing all 6 boots.

Bar none the best on the market
These boots are great!!!! Thick and quality are obvious as you receive the product!! Worth every penny!!! I added 3 lbs of boost adding these as my stock boots were getting tired!!!!

No Comparison
These are top quality boots, they a touch longer for easier install and appear to be thicker. No leaks to report and they look great too.

Good Product
Boots are longer than stock, so putting the CAC tubes back in is a bit of a challenge vs the old boots. On the other hand, these things will NOT blow off. No way they can with the tighter clearances and better material. Looking forward to NOT having to clean this area of the engine bay twice a year due to oil seepage from the CAC system.

Great Product
Easy to install on my 7.3L. They immediately stopped the oil residue. My stock boots were actually torn. If you have the original stock boots. Use these, the price is right and they work great.

intercooler boots review RDPIC73L
boots were longer than stock. I put the boots on the intercooler while I had it out of truck. I double clamped both sides using the new RR clamp and the stock clamp.I had to cut back foil about 3 inches and make 1/2 inch end cuts in the boot to allow the return pipe to fit into boot. I hope I do not have to touch these boots/intercooler for another 100,000 miles

Perfect fit little, longer than stock boots for snug fit without the CAC tube trying to pull out when tightening the clamps.
