Bosch OEM Replacement Electric Fuel Pump - 99-03 Ford Powerstroke
This Bosch pump is an exact OEM replacement for the stock pump on the 99-03 Powerstroke.You will re-use your stock bracket, terminal nuts, and OEM quick disconnect end from your original pump.
Replacement for Motorcraft pump assembly F81Z-9C407-AC
EARLY 1999 Model Warning - Many of the Early 1999 original pumps have a smaller outlet thread size for the quick connect fitting. If you have an Early 1999, check to see that the threads on the fitting are a 10mm fine pitch thread (9.9mm - 9.8mm as measured with calipers). If your fitting is smaller that this, include the new fuel outlet fitting with your order.

Fuel pump
Bosch fuel pump working great so far. Not many miles on it yet. OEM ford was humming pretty good when starting. Couldn't beat the price point. Make sure if you have an Early 99 7.3 to get the adapter.

On early 99 as stated don't forget the adapter piece.
It states that the nuts will transfer to the new pump. Turns out the new pump has one different stud size so I had to source a different nut. Other than that it works well. Truck idles better and no more squealing. -

Bosch OEM lift pump
Fixed several issues caused by parts store pump. Remember to keep the outlet fitting from your factory or order a new one if yours was discarded with the oem pump in the past. I had to fabricate one to get back on the road.
