Front ABS Greas-able Block Off Fitting: How To

IMPORTANT: Before starting installation, please be sure that all items that were supplied with the kits are accounted for.
Parts Required:
Riffraff Diesel Front ABS Grease-able Block Off Fitting
Grease Options:
Mobil 1 Synthetic Wheel Bearing Grease
Instructions:
1. Raise the front axle high enough to provide clearance for the tires to be removed. Utilize a jack stand to support the axle
2. Remove the wheel and tire assy. from the axle.
3. Clean the area around the ABS Sensor of dirt and debris.
4. Remove the ABS Sensor from the hub assy. You may have to slightly bend the brake dust shield away to provide clearance.

5. Install the Riffraff Diesel Front ABS Grease-able Block Off Fitting into the ABS bore. Use the ABS hold-down bolt as required. (can be permanently installed for 2WABS systems if desired)

6. Using a grease gun with a Zerk fitting, pump a high quality wheel bearing grease into the hub while spinning the rotor to distribute the grease.
7. Repeat for other side.
8. Remove the Riffraff Diesel Front ABS Grease-able Block Off Fitting from the ABS bore and re-insert the ABS Sensor.
9. Tighten the ABS Sensor bolt to 13 ft-lbs.
10. Reposition the brake dust shield to the original contour.
11. Re-install the wheel and tire assy. Torque the wheel lug nuts 155-165 ft-lbs.
12. Lower the vehicle and enjoy your newly greased hub bearings!
