The Fuel Rail Crossover (FRx) was designed to fix the “deadhead” fuel rail issue on the 2003–2007 6.0L Powerstroke. By connecting both heads and adding a metered return, it gives trapped air another way out instead of forcing it through your injectors. That means less stress on your fuel system and smoother performance all around.

Unlike other options, you won’t need to cut into your return line or mess with compression fittings—this is a true bolt-on solution. 

We’ve even pre-installed a HYTREL protective layer from DuPont on the Eaton Aeroquip 304 stainless braided lines to keep them from rubbing against engine components. Plus, they give the whole setup a factory look—so it blends right in instead of drawing unwanted attention.

Once installed, you’ll notice a quieter, smoother idle, less cackle, quicker throttle response, and improved injector life.
