Molding fits very well to the existing steering column. I elected to not use the fastening screws which does allow it to relax upward slightly. I was not inclined, however to drill holes in my factory column. The 1600 degree autometer pyrometer fits very securely even without the mounting bracket attached inside the pod. The gauge bracket would not fit inside the moulded pod for me.
The location of the gauge allows good view of the speedometer, odometer, and tachometer in my model year 2000 F-350.

Love the column pod I put a hpop gauge in it. Says it’s for a super duty but fits a obs so well and tight you don’t need to even drill for the pins. And I don’t think I even need to say anything about riff raff they’re awesome!!!!!!! Super fast shipping and great to deal with I will not buy powerstroke anything from anyone else!
