6.0L Turbo Outlet Elbow CAC Boot 03-07

This turbo outlet boot is comprised of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Available in Blue, Pink, Red and Black.

6.0L Clamp Sizes - 03-07
Turbo Boot - 2.75"/2.75"

Fits F Series 6.0L Turbo outlet with stock intercooler pipe.

    I have 200k+ Miles on mine not a single issue to report. I tow heavy, hit a ton of hills and off-road quite often having a boot tear or pop off is never a concern for me (pop off is why I replaced it in the first place). I got the Blue ones, still looks great after so many miles and heat abuse. Not bright like new but still amazing.

    I had trouble with the factory boot being oil soaked and coming off under high boost. With this boot and some new clamps it hasn’t moved once. Top of the line product!

    Fits well and looks nice. Seems to be of good quality. Have a couple hundred miles on it and it’s given me no trouble.

    Great fit! Has the inner ring just like the OEM part. They should deffinetly add a picture of that inner ring so customers can see it.

    Awesome product! Wish i had replaced it before using different brand boot, different brand boot pop off twice pulling 5th wheel up hill. Other boot i used did not have the inner lip that seats on the CAC tube coming from inner-cooler to turbo inlet. The Riffraff boot has the inner lip that seats onto the CAC tube and installed with there stainless steel clamps. Already took a trip up north and boot stayed secure there and back.
