International Bellowed Stainless Up-pipe Kit 99.5-03

International Bellowed Stainless Steel T409 Up-pipes 1837872C93 are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes.  It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer.  Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo.

When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.

*Ceramic Coating Details $140 (Optional) -
The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.

By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the pipes to protect them from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.

These kits are Made In The USA, and not overseas like other, lesser quality kits.

  1. Bellows:) 5 Star Review

Yea, that's the way it should be. Installing a hard to reach part once.....and that's the end of it. Crush washers are fine I guess, as long as they are accessible. These pipes; good seal, good welds, great alignment. Happy

  4. If your pulling your turbo off might as well install these 5 Star Review

Posted by on Jun 25th 2018

I purchased the ceramic coated ones for a 2002 7.3 F450 Removing the old pipes was a chore but not a complete nightmare. These were easier to install with the turbo out. Pre soak the old rusty hardware and relax and take your time. The passenger side pipe fell apart after I got the bolts loose.
I’m really excited to see my 7.3 run better

  5. Glad i did these 5 Star Review

02 7.3 with 250k. was going to just rebuild the turbo but ordered the up pipes too. Glad I did, the old ones just fell apart and were leaking bad. I never knew. Now my turbo boost really comes alive, big difference with all the exhaust going thru the turbo. This is something everyone should do...

  10. great product 5 Star Review

Posted by on Mar 16th 2018

I did full force 238/100 injectors and a gtp38r at the same time. those who live in the rust belt... you're in for a project. My truck is from Maryland(I live in WV) and all four of the manifold to up pipe bolts broke off and were seized in the manifolds. best advise I can give is make sure you have an air chisel with a pointed attachment. my bolts were too hard to drill and map gas doesn't get it hot enough. the up pipes are great. install everything loose and hook up the turbo, then tighten everything down. spend the money to never do this again, I'm happy I did now that it's over.
