Riffraff is on par with Amazon prime on shipping my product out and getting it to me in two days. I bought the AE scan tool for my upcoming diesel truck purchase. If you are buying a new/used truck by this first. I am sure this saved me a lot of money down the road.

This is a fantastic diagnostic tool for those that are so inclined to fix their own modern vehicles. It's something you just can't do without.
My 2 minor complaints are that the dongle is quite large and is very noticeable when driving. You must take care not to bump it when data logging. Secondly, the 'save session' functionality does not appear for the '01 7.3l. This would be a nice feature as it is my primary logging vehicle.

Wow, finally got to the point I could purchase this tool. I am not a dealer and I am not a certified ASE mechanic, but I am the mechanic that by word of mouth, continues to be covered up. This tool has been a time saver and a real dealer quality diagnostic tool. The Ford and Chrysler bundles were first and soon the GM enhancement will be mine also. Most of what I see in my shop are the Ford and the Chrysler vehicles. Riffraff was very prompt on shipping. Not being as computer skilled as I would like, the customer service I received was outstanding. Thanks for the competitive pricing Riffraff, you put it into my reach!

The AE Ford bundle I received did not work properly out of the box. I could connect to ABS, GEM, Airbag, & OTC. I could not connect to my PCM with either Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. PCM is on the SCP protocol and the other modules are on the ISO. Performed SCP pin point tests and everything checked out. Contacted AE support and sent them the logs of trying to connect to the PCM. AE support was very helpful and the Pro-line connector was sent back for evaluation, additional money spent on shipping there and back. AE is sending me a new connector due to a bad chip. Their customer service is why the product is getting 3 stars. One would think that AE would have a QA to catch hardware issues before packaging instead of selling products that don't work right out of the box....I guess not.
If there were a separate box to rate riffraff, I would give them 5 stars. They processed and shipped my order very fast. I had it in 2 days with the free shipping. They also had the best price for the AE bundle that I could find. When I emailed them to let them know about my AE issue, Clay responded almost immediately.

This package will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about your vehicle. I use it for a 6.0 Powerstroke. It has made diagnosis simple and very quick. I love my 6.0 even though it does has some faults. This product will monitor any sensor, switch, solenoid, gauge..etc. in LIVE time and record session. This makes it easy to see exactly what happened then the vehicle 'hiccups'. Outstanding tool, I can't say it enough. Totally worth the money.

Still learning, but has already pin pointed several bad injectors on a PowerStroke and COP on a couple of gas engines. Has some issues connection to 03 F250 (6.0). Got that worked out.

I've tried several different "code readers" and they just don't get along with the 7.3l. This not only gives trouble codes but also data logs and runs various tests that makes it a true money saver.
Even if you don't fix your own rig, with this you can go to a mechanic armed with the knowledge of what your truck is doing rather than rely on what someone tells you is going on.

I had half my bank on my 7.3 go out. First thought was Valve cover gasket. Autoenginuity saved me from starting with the cheapest part valve cover gasket($70), or IDM ($400 to $1400).
AE told me I had a bad #2 injector as it didn't pass the buzz test. Replaced it, fires on all cylinders, and back on the road. No frustrating pot shot diagnoses!
There's so much other monitors and resets that you can do for most OBDII Fords.
It worked so good I ordered the BMW Enhanced Bundle for the wife's 328i!
BTW.....Can't go wrong with RIFFRAFF! Fastest Shipper!

I'd been putting off getting a scanner for my 7.3L PSD, I had an Innova scanner but it can't do the PSD specific data and tests that Auto Enginuity can. I was in the process of moving and all my tools were packed up. My truck died and after swapping out the CPS and getting new batteries, it still would not start. Searching through the DieselStop forum, there were lots of positive recommendations for AE and Riff Raff Diesel. Rather than tow it to a shop and pay for diagnostics, I figured the cost of Auto Enginuity was money well spent. Thanks to Riff Raff Diesel's great service I was able to get my problem diagnosed and get my truck back on the road.
