NOTE :Inlet elbow may be required on some models that have a one piece cast body.
NOTE: Requires 1996-2003 Thermostat

    Gasket is easy to work with. Clean up any deburr any flash on inside of casting, and don't forget the sensor threads are tapered.

    I shopped around and found this Navistar Water Pump on the website.Purchased thermostat,elbow,new T-housing and hoses cheaper than Dealership.Arrived sooner than expected and installed exactly like factory equipment should.
    Great Company to deal with.

    Went on just like the original. Have been running it since summer 2013 no issues, almost 45k miles on it now.

    1996 7.3 water pump

    Works great. No leaks and very pleased. Flushed the system using Gooch's protocol and had everything back together in a couple hours. When there is a big red warning that the fan is right hand thread, they mean it. Took digging in the manual to see that the fan clutch nut comes off CCW.

    Water pump bolted right on. No issues.
    Wish I would have found Riffraffdiesel
    2 water pumps ago.
    373K miles on the F350 and still hauling trailers right along.
    This water pump works.

    2000 7.3 PSD New Water Pump

    I wasn't sure about getting a OEM water pump, but after a lot of research and what I've read about RiffRaff and Clay's knowledge of the PSD's and his pricing, I took the plunge. Boy was I excited to see everything I needed was there (including instructions)! I have been running it now for a few months and no leaks and runs nice and cool. Get it! You won't be disappointed!
