Old wastegate was causing some erratic boost behavior especially at full throttle. Replaced this unit and used a set of NAPA clips to hold the arm on, which made the install much easier. Previously under normal driving conditions, boost was beginning to bleed off as low as 5psi causing a need for a lot more throttle input. Now, 10-15psi is easily achieved at quarter or half throttle. Trips all in easily produce 25psi of boost. This is using an Edge tuner set to 3-driving. I haven’t tried the higher settings yet but this has been a modification that I could feel and tell a difference immediately. Old wastegate could be moved by hand.

My stock wastegate actuator was messing up and pulling a check engine light. I replaced it with this one and wow such a big difference. Could feel the difference right away. I didn’t adjust it right so I’m only getting 23psi I’d boost witch is plenty for me haha!

Install was quick & easy if you have the right tools and access to compressed air. Actuator is a lot better than stock. Can easily move the shaft on the stock actuator but this one doesn't budge. Overall this actuator is quite better than the stock one!

I love the sound it makes when the exhaust pressure dumps off when I shift. The turbo is working much more effectively and the waste gate only opens at 26 psi. It does not leak at 10 psi like the stock unit. Even with a completely stock turbo the responsiveness is surprising. It was difficult to install. I did not have shop air to push the rod clevis out for hooking onto the waste gate lever. I shoved a shim between the head and turbo mount and bolted it it.

I like it, for one I ordered one thinking I had a 99 1/2 F350, nope its a 99 but with a 20-4 die problem was solved. And customer service is A-1. Thanks again

Improved boost levels in the low to mid range. Very stiff spring and diaphragm compared to stock. Could move the stock rod with my hands. Couldn't budge this one. I don't run my truck hard so I don't know what the max boost pressure this with this actuator. Stock was about 15 psi. Looks awesome too.

I am so glad that I got this actuator over the banks. Such nice quality, and easy install. My boost is up, and I can notice a nice difference on spool up.
