    With 300k miles on this 7.3, needed a new water pump, so With the help of Riff Raft I replaced the whole system, pump, radiator, hoses, degas bottle, and a great looking Riff Raft coolant filter. I also the tensioner and pulley. Great prices why not make it right!

    Idler pulley went bad. This is an exact replacement Ford Part . Just use 1/2" drive breaker bar to pivot belt tensioner to take belt off. One bolt in the center. Take it out and put on new one. Tighten it up. Put belt back on .
