The four hole plate worked great

The plate is made of good steele and excellent quality. The only down side is the fitment between the cut outs and the CH4X4 rocker switch. The fitment was a little snug but it will work.

Installed this into a F550 with the F650 Lower dash, with a perfect fit.

This is the perfect mount if you're doing the F-650 dash conversion in your F-350 as i am. I went with the 6 switch design. I also purchased 6 switches with Riff Raff that fit the mount perfect. I ordered my dash piece from another company but never had any success with how to mount the switches to it until i stumbled upon this. This plate is made of sturdy material, no flex what so ever while installing.
