These bellowed up-pipes are for the 1999.5-2003 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.
Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment. Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever. Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 Stainless but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar. We now also include our NEW USA MADE collector that was engineered in-house, and manufactured 100% in a US Foundry.
Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.

The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.
By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.
These kits are 100% Made In The USA, and not overseas like other, lesser quality kits.

Riffraff Up-Pipes
These are the way to go, period. If you try to install the cheaper ones from other sites, you may regret it. Others have. Riffraff up-pipes go on slick as snot. Just follow their direction and all will end well. This was my first time installing up-pipes and I would not want to do it twice. The turbo has to come out to do this job. Perfect time to do them if you are adding a new pedestal and or turbo rebuild. Your already there at that point. I did not realize how bad my original up-pipes where leaking. The original up-pipes are known to leak any time after 50,000 miles or so. The smallest of leaks will effect your turbo performance. Final Fact Note: Turbo bolts (2) torque is 35-37 ft.lbs. Pedestal bolts (4) is 18 ft.lbs.

Holding up well after a year of use
These installed well and are still sealing after a year of use. Big improvement over the OEM donut gaskets.

This up pipe kit is cost effective and an easy install! My only wish is we had done it sooner! I have confidence it will last a long time!

Much better sealing system than my leaking stock uppipes. This is not a fun project, but the bellowed pipes and better connection/seal system helped. Should have done this years ago. I don't smell exhaust in the cab any longer:)

Better than...
Long story short, installed a set from Dieselsite, didn't last a month and cracked a bellow. They warrantied for me and I reinstalled which wasn't something I wanted to ever do again. This set only lasted my 6 months or so and started leaking again and cracked at the bellow. Called Dieselsite and and wouldn't warranty it again. After lots of searching I found Riffraff, and what a difference. Better install, fit perfect, and even after almost 8 or 9 months of running them zero issues. You get what you pay for and I will shop with Riff Raff from now on as their quality is obvious in their products.

Easy install on my 99.5 e350 van went well easy hook up and every thing fit well thank you the old stock bellow up pipe was leaking by the donuts and the diesel fumes was leaking in side the van under the dog house . Put the new bellow up pipes on diesel fumes are gone

So far so good, install was easy and I couldn't ask for any better fitment. Instruction on RiffRaff's website were on point and install was as expected.

Excellent Quality
I made the mistake of ordering a cheap part off amazon last year. 7 months later, they were leaking worse then the factory. Fought them, put new seals in, now leaking again. This is the 3rd time I have been in there in a year, and I can honestly say these are the right choice. Perfect fit, dropped right in. Not to mention the quality is drastically head and shoulders above the amazon ones. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did. Do it once, to it right and trust the Riffraff Diesel quality!
