Replacement Schrader Valve - Fuel Injection Rated 1/8" NPT - Ford 7.3L (94-97)
- Fuel Injection Schrader valve for fuel pressure test gauges. This is a standard 1/4" flare Schrader valve x 1/8" MNPT fitting. The larger flare fitting is a standard connector on all quality Fuel Injection Pressure test equipment and gauges. Valve core materials are teflon with a Viton cup.
- Continuous Operating Temp - 0 to 450 F
- System Pressure rating: 0 - 500 PSIG
- Viton Cup Washer for gasoline or diesel fuel
- Genuine Schrader-Bridgeport valve
Order of 1 contains: One 1/8" MNPT x 1/4" Schrader flare with one Viton core installed.

This valve will fit both the straight and 90 degree Fuel Port adapters or will replace the OEM Schrader valve in the 94.5-97 fuel bowls
WARNING: Do not attempt to use a Schrader valve designed for air or refrigeration for test port applications on fuel injection systems as neither of these types of valve cores are rated for the engine temperatures found underhood or the corrosive actions of fuel compounds. The non-fuel rated types of valves will leak and will potentially cause a fire hazard under your hood!
WARNING: Do not use the Schrader valve when connecting a permanent fuel pressure gauge under the hood. This fitting is designed for temporary test port connections only.

Real Nice Quality
This was exactly what I was looking for to install my remote fuel pressure sending unit. I bought a kit elsewhere, and it did not have a way to connect my analog fuel pressure gauge. The quality was real nice. It does not look cheap like some other fittings to can get at the hardware store.

Fitment
The fuel pressure test Schrader valves work great. Riffraff could not advise me as to whether the valves would work on the threaded fuel test ports on the fuel canister of a 1998.5 Dodge RAM Cummins diesel. I took the chance and ordered them and they fit great. These guys kind of box themselves in with the Ford Powerstroke. They need to expand their customer base to other diesel owners in which the parts are compatible.

Used this part to make my own test fitting.
I was working on a 2002 Toyota Sienna minivan, and there is no place to check fuel pressure. So I purchased this part to build an adapter, just a simple hex nut with the threads drilled out to the diameter of the banjo bolt (18 mm), and a hole drilled on one of the flats and threaded with a 1/8" pipe thread to accept this fitting. I used a longer 18mm bolt drilled out and cross drilled for the original banjo fitting and my adapter, placed a copper washer between the new adapter and the original banjo fitting and at the bolt head to seal the fuel, and now have a test fitting for vehicles with no Schrader valve. This fitting was just what I needed to build my adapter. High quality fitting. Thanks

Hard to find part.
The only thing that would make this better is if it was also offered in stainless. Not complaining though because it is high quality and the best option I have found. The cap is a nice touch.fast shipping, fair price, happy camper.
