Pressure Port Adapter - Straight 1/8 FNPT for Ford 7.3L (99-03) - GZ-13-001

1/8" NPT straight pressure port adapter. Fits the pressure ports straight thread fitting located on the rear of the 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke fuel bowls for aftermarket fuel pressure gauges or to add a pressure test port to your fuel system. This adapter has the proper straight thread and o-ring to connect to your fuel bowl port and outlet threads of 1/8" FNPT for under-hood guage hose, some remote senders or direct connections.

Dimension L = .64"
Material: Steel with an anti-corrosion coating.
Order of 1 is a 1 adapter comes standard with a Viton o-ring.

Needed a solution, and Clay found it

I needed a way to mount an oil temperature gauge without disrupting the factory sender. This worked beautifully. Note, you do need a short sender for your gauge (I used Autometer), but it works beautifully!!!

Just what I needed to connect the electronic fuel pressure gauge sensor to the bowl. Used this straight fitting because the angled one requires removal of the drain valve. The sensor fits in the area very well with the straight adapter. Thanks riffraff!

Straight pressure port adapter

Looked as described. Has a silver chrome like appearance.(magnet sticks to it) Ended up using it in the top of HPOP reservoir for oil pressure. Dont know yet if accessibility to the fuel bowl in the van, with my big hands is do-able.

Works great doesn't leak, I installed mine on a 2001 ford excursion on the back of the fuel bowl (top left inlet port). It does fit with the ISSPRO sending unit but it is close to the front of the turbo. The 90 deg. Fitting may be a little better although the strait one does work!

I originally ordered the 90* fitting but it's geometry isn't set up for an easy install. I ordered this, attached the sensor then screwed everything in without an issue.

I tried to make the adapter I needed from Home Depot but the setup I built leaked orders the correct part from riff raff.
