This harness works (without being modified) for a 99.5 F350 7.3 automatic transmission equipped vehicle. All conductors had continuity and were routed correctly. However, my vehicle has the 6 speed manual transmission and is CARB compliant which, requires the glow plug monitor circuitry to use separate conductors for the left and right bank(s) glow plugs necessitating the addition of (2) conductors (used to monitor each bank separately rather than together) into the harness as well as physically separating the (2) 12 gauge power conductors The CARB compliant setup uses a shunt to accomplish this functionality. Of course, these wires must be located in the correct positions when passing through the 48 pin connector located directly above the driver's side valve cover where it joins the harness going to the PCM and the IDM modules. This upgrade, if you will, should provide increased reliability to a 25 year old vehicle if you support the harness properly away from direct unprotected contact with the engine components. I gave Riffraff my VIN and they sent the exact fit wiring harness for the engine. Every length and connection was perfect. I did injectors, turbo rebuild, other odds and ends and she fired up the first crank! No issues with the wiring harness.

I have had my engine replaced twice with Reman's the engine harness was showing signs of stress, broken insulation, exposed wire, and eventually threw several engine codes, RIFF RAFF has OEM products that are always recommended to the 7.3 community, Replacing the harness was somewhat difficult, as the orginial had taken the paths roughed during the MFG build out, there was some stress built into the new harness that required out of the box thinking to take this stress out of the fuel injector and glow plug harness connectors, the connector wanted to pull or lift from sitting flush and well connected to the receiving 1/2 of the connector, created a work around by tugging the stress towards the fire wall, by a large hose clamp fed through a section of water hose to protect surrounding components, the base support to the clamp was looping around the intake boot, so far it is performing well, a work around that is out of the box thinking, and may help others correcting this problem.
