With your purchase of the cups, we offer you the option to rent the injector cup puller/installer for $75. The rental fee will be taken from the $499 rental tool deposit paid at checkout, with the remaining deposit refunded upon our receipt of the rental tool in good condition. Simply email us within 30 days when you finish with the tool and we will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return the tool.* Our Patented puller allows you to remove the cups without removing the heads or using a slide hammer. Also, by using the tool to grab the cup, you can inspect each cup for damage once it has been removed. Other methods (typically a tap) are likely to damage the cup during the removal process and create shavings that end up in your cylinders. Our Patented install tool is really the breakthrough; rather than hammering on your new cups in tight spaces and hoping they are seated, simply use a socket and allow the tool to press the cup in. The tool allows for a completely seated cup every time; no guessing and no hammering, even on the back cylinders or e-series vans. To ensure our install tool doesn't deform your new cup as our competitors tools do, it is machined to engage both the full surface of the cup bottom and the top lip. The tool also features an o-ring as a keeper to allow strategic placement of the cup in the injector bore instead of dropping it in and risking displacement of your sealant. In order to allow the cup to seat without turning in the head, the install tool is engineered to include a ball bearing to prevent cup rotation while being pressed in. We also have available for purchase the retaining compound and injector o-rings used by Ford and International when reinstalling the cups. |

Quality cups and install made easy with install tool
At 229K miles my OBS F250 needed cups though they had not cracked yet. Figured I'd skip the brass cups and go straight to the SS ones to avoid any future issues and with the addition of the rental tool the hardest part was cleaning the bores, the install was made dead simple. The cups fit and finish was top notch and thus far no issues after a bit of heavy towing work. Worth every penny.

This item is so much better than OEM cups. It just makes sense. Also the tool that riffraff makes to remove and install them is unparalleled in the market. I’ll probably never have to do my injector cups again because of it. This stuff is legit!

SS injector cups and installation tool
Excellent quality product and super fast shipping as always. Being a machinist I checked all of the injector cups with a micrometer before installing and all diameters were within .001 or better of each other and the install was a breeze with the supplied tool. Well worth the money.

Stainless Steel Injector Cups/Toolset
Install went good with the Riffraff tool -- nice to wrench the cup into place rather then sending it with a hammer, and less probability of shavings in your piston cause it bits just enough, although I've heard of others putting a penny down the cup before removing with the tool. If you're gonna have to change these, I would suggest the upgrade -- as it only took 150k for the stock ones to go out and these should last 5x.

these are very well made! there is a right tool for every job and this tool is it. period... I'm thoroughly impressed from the quality of each part and tool. everything comes beautifully packaged as well. cleaning the holes not as much fun....

Found these to be a much nicer fit/finish then the brass ones, they were smooth, rounded edges, no burs, Felt a bit thicker/sturdier but didn't measure for comparison. Nice product installed easily with the Riff Raff removal/ install tools. Which I also recommend since access to the rear injectors is limited and other tools that require use of a hammer to seat the new cups isn't an option
