Riffraff Diesel 96-03 7.3L HPOP Large Capacity Billet Reservoir Spacer v2.0
Need more oil to run your large single or dual high pressure oil pumps? We have developed the largest reservoir spacer on the market and it will allow you to have an additional 135cc of oil in the reservoir no matter what HPOP you are feeding. By allowing additional reserve you won't have to deal with rough starts, running out of oil on WOT or P1211 code. Originally we only made these on request for dual pump customers and project builds, but with the demand growing we decided it was time to produce it for retail.
We have also made sure that the JIC and ORB ports are functional and allow easy connection with many popular pump setups on the market while not interfering with existing OEM sensors and lines. All ports allow full flow both on feed and return so that there is zero restriction, which is very important as the IPR dump lines when restricted can effect IPR operation. This allows you to simply install and run our spacer instead of running to the hardware store to find fitting to make it work.

*Note: Anodized Color on Aluminum can be discolored / damaged by chemical engine cleaners. Use only soap and water to clean.
1996-2003 7.3L Powerstroke
1999-2003 Stock fuel bowl you will want to purchase our Billet Spacer bracket to relocate your bowl to connect to stock fuel lines. We suggest considering the FFL kit as a replacement.
Note: Make sure 1996-Early 1999 screen gasket goes on spacer not front cover.

This is a nice product, have installed and it definitely increased the reservoir volume. now I just need to get my injectors pulled and have them rebuilt.

Quality and performance
This is great upgrade and for me was a must as I have the early 99 7.3 and The screen was not add till late 99 and beyond. The extra capacity and protection/performance it brings will help keep you Powerstroke singing on down the road.

Yes, you need to play around with the fuel lines. Or do what I did , have CnC fab make up a custom set of SS line. I will add, ALL the positives that have been said about this it are TRUE ! Now, can we get these in the Red also..... -

Great product and service
My only issue has been stated before. Wish it cam with kit to make stock fuel bowl use easier. Be it a drop bracket, or a line kit available.
