Riffraff Diesel JIC Stainless Steel Braided HPOP Line - Passenger Side Head 99-03 7.3L
New upgraded OEM Eaton High Pressure Oil Pump line from Riffraff Diesel replaces the stock STC quick connect style to replace your old, worn out lines. Through a partnership with Eaton we are able to utilize proven OEM upgraded lines with JIC adapters for an easy, no leak HPOP line hose so that you don't have to sacrifice reliability with with other non-oem spec'd line. Exclusive Eaton hose made from extruded Teflon® resin with stainless steel wire braided body and covered with a proprietary brown fire retardant silicone. This is for the passenger side head, and if you want to replace both you will need the driver side as well. Adapters for the pump and the cylinder head are included as well. We recommend Loctite 680 for the HPOP outlet fittings when installed.
Installation Note: Check plate springs under HPOP outlet fittings must be removed

HOOP JIC LINE
A high quality hose and fitting. They constitute a vast improvement over the original STC lines. On a California truck like mine, be prepared to remove the glow plug relay bracket in order to be able to remove the STC hose and block fitting because the large bracket obstructs access to these parts.

Quality
Very nice quality lines and fittings. Replacing my 1 year old hydraulic hoses I got on line from another diesel shop. Save your money and just get these if you are considering replacement. I went cheap and now my engine is an oily mess.

Awesome quality hose
Leave it to Riffraff to be the ones to finally supply a quality OEM Eaton JIC HPOP line. While everyone else producing stuff that isn't spec'd for the job, they go out and get the exact and only one that is for out HPOP line needs. Great option to get away from the STC quick fittings and use the JIC without having to use questionable ones that the other places offer.

High Quality Kit
Exceptional quality as I have some to expect from Riffraff. Easy install, and no more worrying about the quick connect. Less leak point, and quality Eaton lines. Recommend swapping before you have a leak and it puts you on the side of the road.
