Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Great product!
If you have any doubts about this product, put them aside. The install is a bit of a pain but not difficult just time consuming, otherwise I couldn't be happier, my truck has never ran this smoother or felt this good! Thanks Clay!

Love it!
I purchased both the HPX and an FRx, I love the increase in throttle response, it's quieted down the idle, and I love the sound when you get on it!

High Quality - Immediate Throttle Response
This is a great, high quality kit and I highly recommend it. I wanted to improve the OEM fuel system and I got that plus much improved throttle response. I know my injectors love it. I also wasn't sure where the fuel sleeve went but it's in the fuel line and after searching and finding the old one inside the line, I knew where to put the new one.

Professional kit, easy installation
The whole FRX kit was professionally assembled and ready to install. I had my 15 year old son install the kit while I looked over his shoulder and he is not a mechanic. Job well done! My truck runs quieter and I can tell it has a better throttle response.

Lives up to the hype!
Put mine on and the only trouble I had was getting the regulator block lined up, other then that pulling the plugs and running the lines to less then 5 min per side. Made the truck pretty quiet as soon as I fired it up and no leaks anywhere.
You need to sell the spring packs separately I lost my black spring in the engine valley :/ other then that great product! -
Good Ingenuity and Quality
After reading the description of the product and researching others opinions, I decided to buy the FRX. I was hoping to have a noticeable difference with the cold starts and throttle response. The FRX delivered on both accounts. I am very pleased with the product, quality, and craftsmanship.

Really can tell a difference!
Very high quality parts! Installation went really smooth and noticed instant improvement in startup and idle quality! Cold starts are easier (which is a big deal with 331,500), and overall performance is better. Highly recommend buying, along with anything from these guys!

Fuel Crossover Kit
Easy installation. Had a little trouble on knowing where the 'sleeve' went. If anyone reading this has problems with the little rubber sleeve, it slips OVER the return metal line. You have to remove your old one there first but that is where it goes.

Great Product
Time consuming but easy to install. Very well made. A good swivel socket will help a ton with removing the plugs. I've put about 200mi on my truck with frx installed no leaks to be found. It helped my truck a ton! I've got 215k on my truck and after install of frx engine was noticeably quieter and has a much better idol with slightly better throttle response. This is no placebo affect, I didn't by the frx looking for it to do any of this. I bought it because I'm about to buy new injectors and wanted to make sure I keep them healthy.
