Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Fuel Crossover Kit
Easy installation. Had a little trouble on knowing where the 'sleeve' went. If anyone reading this has problems with the little rubber sleeve, it slips OVER the return metal line. You have to remove your old one there first but that is where it goes.

Great Product
Time consuming but easy to install. Very well made. A good swivel socket will help a ton with removing the plugs. I've put about 200mi on my truck with frx installed no leaks to be found. It helped my truck a ton! I've got 215k on my truck and after install of frx engine was noticeably quieter and has a much better idol with slightly better throttle response. This is no placebo affect, I didn't by the frx looking for it to do any of this. I bought it because I'm about to buy new injectors and wanted to make sure I keep them healthy.

Seeing some of the other kits out there and how spendy they are I was worried but Riffraff hasn't let me down yet, so I bought it got it installed and right away my truck started easier ran quieter and I gained a little throttle response! ( Best bang for the buck in my opinion) Thanks for keeping up the great service and products!

Great kit for injector life!
The FRX kit fit great and made such a difference my wife could even tell as soon as I fired it up after installing. The truck is so much quitter now its amazing.
