Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Glad I did it
I replaced my injector O-rings, did the CVD fittings and the FRX at the same time. I used the recommended spring. It would be hard to say what exactly this would have done alone, but I'm happy with the overall. My truck starts faster, idles smoother, runs quieter and has more power with better throttle response. Quality seems excellent and I definitely recommend it.

Good product hard install
Does everything everyone says my truck seems to spool up or accelerate a little faster. I love it but putting it in took 4 hours. Myself and another friend both mechanics fought it for a while but when toghter no leaks and all works as advertised.

Much Quieter
Excellent product. Really does quiet and smooth out the engine. Install is not fun though, I recommend getting the special square socket, makes job easier.

Good fit, well made:)
Another well made product from Riffraff, This is not where you want to go cheap, a poorly made product could easily turn into a big fire. I don't know if the mod really increases performance, but I like the idea of giving the diesel and air a place to go.

Fuel Rail Crossover!!!
Best mod you can do to your 7.3 fuel system. I just installed it on my truck and I am very happy with the results. The engine is quieter and idles a lot smoother and throttle is more sensitive too. I love this kit and every 7.3 owner should get this kit!!!

preventive maintenance
Simple, straight forward install cost effective to give air another way out besides the injectors I have it on my 99.5 and 2000 my 99.5 has had it for about 3yrs no issues.

Idle is much smoother and I am working up the current MPG which has definitely improved.
