7.3L Diesel Fuel Rail Crossover™ (FRx) 99-03 Powerstroke
"The Prescription For Your Fuel System Needs®"
Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

FRX
Made my truck quieter and a little better throttle response. I just installed it and drove maybe 40 miles so can’t give too much on the performance but I could tell a difference. Installation was strait forward but frustrating. Mainly the front plug. Do yourself a favor and pick up the 8 point socket they recommend. It was too tight to get vise grips down there. Other than that front plug and the 45 minutes I spent searching for the male fitting I dropped in the valley, it went together pretty easy.

I have a 1999.5 and I installed the Fuel Rail Crossover FRx, High Flow Banjo Bolt, SS Braided Fuel Hoses and the HPOP crossover all at the same time. Wow what an improvement. I feel better low end power and the engine is so much quieter that before the install. I should have done this a long time ago. While you're in there, add the poppet rebuild kit and put a fuel pressure gauge on the list also.

FUEL RAIL CROSSOVER™ (FRX)
Nice product. not an easy installation. i wish they would have included the plunger o-ring with the kit, as when i took it apart my existing one was cracked, it would have been nice if they supplied all the seals from the fuel bowl to the fuel crossover.

Great product
Installation was easy with everything already removed from the engine for a turbo upgrade. I also purchased the branded feed line kit, I recommend doing both, no more leaks and it looks great.

Works as advertised but try removing plugs first!
Does great, got a bit more power and acceleration, only thing is with the downloadable instructions it says to put the regulator/spring on first then attempt to remove the fuel rail plugs, personally I strongly suggest trying to remove the plugs first just in case they won't budge and one has to get a different tool like I did, ended up pretty much rounding off the front passenger plug with vise grips. Which forced me to get a spiral socket set (5/16) did the trick but I had to reassemble the truck back to stock as this was my daily tow rig and being on a Tuesday evening I needed it for work the next day, should have done it on the weekend but after the plugs broke lose all was well and pretty easy to install. Awesome quality, as expected from RiffRaff.
