Our 3rd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Along w/Full Force AD's, my truck never idled so smooth and quiet, feels peppier, next weekend pullin' the 5er will tell for sure. Easy install, quality all the way. Same performance as Reg. Return at a fraction of the cost. (I can't see the gauge while driving, anyway)

3 mpg improvement
I did a lot of work on my 99 7.3 314,000 was getting 9-10 mpg I did fuel lines frx fuel bowl rebuild cvd high flow bolts I probably forgot something I did. hutch mod and torpedo mod. I do have a question on my fpr I used black spring but poppet seat was bad so I used o ring supplied with frx ( its labled check valve oring near the bottom of the oring list oring number 8 ) . well that was bugging me so I ordered new poppet that came with the new seat so I called clay he said use new poppet and o ring #8 so I did 95 psi is what i'm getting so I took it out back to 58 lbs of pressure im going to do it again see what happens. I know I know its the weekend I cant get anyone on the phone to help maybe I bent spring. but overall I really did increase my mileage by 3 mpg.

One of the best things i have done for my 7.3, way smoother idle, put the suggested 60lb spring in, could'nt be happier about this product! Easy install and looks factory! Thanks Riff Raff, you guys are the best!

Great product
My engine starts quicker than ever before. I installed this fuel system and made a trip pulling a trailer at 75 to 80 mph from Altus Ok to Waynoka Ok and got 14 mpg. A definite improvement over the stock system. The engine also seems more quiet at highway speeds. I will perform more mpg test in the near future and respond soon.

Great product
I can not say that this product did anything by itself. I did numerous upgrades at one time. I replaced my up-pipes, Riffraff CVD, FRX and Fullforce stage 1 injectors. I was completely impressed!!!!!! I love my old E99 all over again.

A VERY WELL MADE PRODUCT, INSTALL IS A LITTLE TRICKY, BUT 100% WORTH THE EFFORT.VERY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS,AND I CAN TELL MY INJECTORS ARE HAPPY NOW..

prefect fit
Was having fuel pressure spike issues.... after installing this FRx its steady 65 psi.... Everything fit the way its supposed to with out modifications!!!!
