If you do not have the time to rebuild your drain valve or if you are one of the unlucky few that has a damaged drain valve, this is your solution for a long lasting repair and not have to use the poor performing Buna-N o-rings that the factory valves force upon you. If your drain valve is still in great shape, we suggest that you simply purchase the Complete Fuel Bowl re-seal kit and rebuild your fuel bowl including the drain valve and replace the problematic drain valve o-rings along with the other 8 Nitrile o-rings in the fuel bowl that will also leak just like the fuel bowl.

    I got the rebuild kit but it didnt seem right after i rebuilt it so i bought a whole new one for piece of mind. I got a backup for down the road now .

    Had a diesel smell coming from under the hood for a week, took off the old one and replaced it with the new one, diesel smell gone. I always love ordering parts from you guys, everything fits and works perfectly, and I don’t have to deal with the local sorry excuse of a dealership.

    Cheaper than ford and it shipped to Indiana . Worth buying the whole valve assembly. Great job Riffraff and shipping was great.

    The videos I watched on You Tube showed guys removing the fuel bowl, which I did not want to do. Just drain the fuel bowl, use a 1/4 inch drive torx socket to remove the screws. Clean the hell out of where the o-rings make contact. I put hose clamps loose on the drain hose and I had to pry the drain tube back a little to get the new valve started. Do not over tighten the screws! Snug is tight enough! Put on the clamps and you're done. Nice high quality part.

    I needed the valve for a 97 but was sent one for a 99. I already opened pkg. so i cant return it.Will sell it if anyone is interested. 574-370-0020
